What Does this ultrasound Test Result Mean?

Hallo Air, I have done Anomaly scan for my wife as she is 22 weeks pregnant and her scan details are BPD 53.2mm HC 192.6mm AC 180.1mm FL 37.7mm & HL(Humerus Length) 33.7mm Pls suggest about the aforesaid details as well as baby condition. In remarks it is written that technical contdition is good and no obvious congenital anomaly seen(echocardiography not done)

1.The parameters are corresponding to the gestational age with less than 2 weeks disparity.
2.Which is very normal according to the scan.
3.Technical limitation are generally there in ultrasound - but report suggest no oblivious abnormalities detected.
4. That means no visual major abnormalities are seen in the scan - that suggest normal baby.
5. Echo was not done - usually requested in case of any abnormalities in the heart. that is what mentioned in the report.
